1. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3. How to Enter: To enter an eligible participant must purchase product(s) either online, or at one of Synergy Hair’s 15 store locations.
Limit of one entry per transaction.
4. Promotion commences Wednesday 18th November 2026 and closes midnight Sunday 20th December 2026. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
5. Participation in the promotion is limited to one entry per transaction. Any duplicate entries will be deleted before the winner is drawn.
6. Synergy Hair employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Synergy Hair reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
7. The participant is required to submit their email address to complete the online entry form. By entering, the participant agrees receive email newsletters periodically from Synergy Hair. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
8. One winner will be randomly drawn on Monday 21st December 2026. The winner will be contacted directly via email. The winner will also be announced on the @synergyhairnz Instagram and Synergy Hair NZ Facebook. If the winner does not respond to the email from Synergy Hair by 11:59am December 23rd 2026, the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted.
9. The winner must provide valid proof of identification to confirm their eligibility for the prize. The winner is also required to either visit their nearest Synergy Hair store for a photo, or provide a photo of themselves, for promotional purposes. This photo may be used by Synergy Hair on social media platforms and in email newsletters to announce or promote the giveaway.
10. The first valid entry drawn will win the following prize, up to the value of $4,000:
- Return economy flights for the winner and a guest from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to their chosen destination specified on their entry form; either Gold Coast, Sydney, Noosa, Fiji or Rarotonga.
- A double room at a 4-star hotel in Gold Coast, Australia for a maximum of 5 nights.
11. Synergy Hair will put the winner in contact with a travel agent. The travel agent will be selected by Synergy Hair. The travel agent will suggest travel dates and accommodation options the winner can choose from. The value up to $4,000 will be billed to Synergy Hair by the selected Travel Agent. The booking can only cover the costs associated with the prize outlined in clause 10.
12. If the winner would like to travel on a peak travel date (i.e. in school holidays) or last-minute travel date that exceeds this $4,000 limit, they have the option to pay the difference themselves or select a different date.
13. If the winner would like to stay for more than 5 nights, they can choose to pay for the additional nights of accommodation themselves.
14. If the winner makes a booking under the value of $4,000, the difference cannot be paid out or credited to them.
15. The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in this clause 10), including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals.
16. Prize must be booked by April 30th, 2027. The flights do not have to depart by this date, they just need to be booked so Synergy Hair can be billed accordingly by the travel agent. Subject to booking and flight availability.
Please note that booking appointments with the travel agent are subject to their availability. During busy periods, such as the Christmas holiday season, there may be delays in arranging an appointment to plan the trip. If the travel agent is unable to accommodate a booking appointment immediately due to high demand, the winner may need to wait until the Travel Agent becomes available.
17. The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
18. If the winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, Synergy Hair will redraw another winner.
19. Synergy Hair accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
20. Synergy Hair reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal value.
21. Synergy Hair assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
22. Synergy Hair assumes no responsibility for delays or cancellations to flights, injuries sustained while the participant is on the trip, any issues with the flight or accommodation bookings after the reservation has been made or any loss or damage whatsoever sustained in connection to this promotion or with any prizes offered.
23. Synergy Hair reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest.
